First things first, Rest in Peace Uncle Phil. Before joining Good Omen Bottling, I studied viticulture at Yavapai College and worked in the wine industry for a few years after graduating. My interest in fermenting and artisan beverages led me to my job here, brewing Wild Tonic.
In my spare time, I enjoy exploring. You can catch me out on an adventure, skateboarding or farming.
