Since Wild Tonic® is a fermented tea and the sources and specifics, themselves are considered proprietary, we suggest that those who are pregnant, have tea allergies or any other health condition, refrain from drinking our beverage until you have consulted with your doctor.
As a manufacturer, we work directly with brokers, distributors, & retailers. The good news is you can order a case directly from a retailer! You will want to coordinate with them very closely re: delivery, as Wild Tonic® needs refrigeration, remaining as close to 37 degrees as possible without freezing. Please check out our map to confirm which retailer is closest to you.
Pricing can vary widely between retailers in the same town. We suggest calling several retailers to determine the best prices.
While we are not yet offering tours or tastings, as the company and interest in it grow, they may very well become part of our offerings. Please keep an eye on our website, to learn of any new offerings.

Wild Tonic® sells directly to brokers, distributors, and retailers. Although we have 14 varieties to tickle your tastebuds, due to limited space, many of our retailers necessarily focus on the most popular flavors. What you can do is share this information with the retail store manager/departmental buyer and request they try and/or add a new flavor to their offerings.
The Wild Tonic® story begins with an artist and her passion for innovation and creativity. Painter, Holly Lyman worked with beeswax, an ancient medium known as encaustic, for many years until she discovered the art of fermentation. One day, her love of painting with beeswax transformed into working with honey, another labor of love created by the bees. As with many creative endeavors that sometimes spill into other forms of expression, Holly unexpectedly found herself fascinated with a rare ferment known as Jun. This unusual ferment is steeped in mystery and closely guarded by those who are lucky enough to find it. She brewed with this magical living culture day after day until several years and brew experiments later, Wild Tonic® was born!
We do not pasteurize Wild Tonic® or use sulfites in its making, ensuring that it remains a “living beverage.”
A rare cousin of kombucha, Jun is made by fermenting tea and honey with a SCOBY. The Jun SCOBY (culture) and kombucha SCOBY (Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast) look similar but thrive on a completely different basis. A Jun SCOBY is a distinct culture with its own benefits and unique flavor profile. Our authentic heirloom Jun SCOBY feeds on honey and is uniquely adapted to work with the host of bacteria, organisms and antimicrobial properties present in honey. The result of this fermentation is a delicious and health-advantageous drink that contains prebiotics, probiotics and amino acids, with a light and smooth taste. Jun is pleasing to the palate in comparison to traditional kombucha.
You will be pleased to know that we are working on several on-line channels of distribution. That said, we hope Wild Tonic® will be available online soon!
We have no gluten products in the facility. Even our alcohol is comprised of all gluten free ingredients.
Although our media and marketing strategies are in place, we are always open to new opportunities. We will gladly consider your proposal and contact you should further interest arise.
The good news is that kombucha, by nature, repels deterioration. While Wild Tonic® will definitely be fine the day after it is opened—and probably as long as 1 week out—since carbonation and flavor begin to diminish with prolonged exposure to air, the optimal drinking experience occurs within several days of opening our cobalt blue bottle. Wild Tonic® should always be refrigerated.

Although Wild Tonic® is certified organic (Wild Tonic® Hard Jun is mostly organic) and loaded with prebiotics, probiotics, amino acids, and enzymes, we cannot make any health claims. We are always delighted, however, to learn how much people enjoy consuming it!
